💰

One Trip Turned Into $1M+ in Real Estate

Two participants from our 2019 tour became investors in the Eco-Living Oasis, creating lasting economic impact for Kent and Sierra Leone's heritage tourism economy.

Five Year Anniversary · A Dream Realised

The Eco-Living Oasis at Kent — Opening November 14, 2026

Kent is not a random location. The Kent peninsula is a historically significant Krio settlement — home to freed slaves who returned to the shores of West Africa and rebuilt their lives. It sits along the same Atlantic coastline from which enslaved Africans were taken.

In 2019, two participants from our historic Gullah Geechee tour were so moved by the journey that they invested in Sierra Leone itself. Their investment, combined with Fambul Tik's vision and TpGroup Sierra Leone's expertise, created The Eco-Living Oasis — a sustainable residential estate built from the very soil of Sierra Leone.

"What started as a heritage tour became an investment in the land our ancestors left behind."

The Journey That Started It All

Two of those participants became investors in the Eco-Living Oasis you are invited to see open in 2026.
